The total coordinate of Kimono and Obi

Kyoto Kimono Accessories has brought various original products made with authentic Kimono fabrics and Obi, a broad sash tied over a kimono, for over 30 years from Kyoto.

There is a traditional custom of division of labor in Kimono manufacturing system; Kimono fabrics are to be produced in Muromachi region and Obi in Nishijin region (both locates in Kyoto).

It was a tradition that Kimono fabrics and Obi are produced separately.

We, however, wanted to suggest the total coordinate of Kimono and Obi.

That became the concept of Kikyoya and we started to manufacture original products of Kimono fabrics and Obi together.

All our goods are handmade by our skillful professionals in Nishijin Weaving, Yuzen dyeing, and Kimono sewing.

It takes elaborate process to handmade each product but that is the essential to bring the genuine article.

Our specialties are beautiful table runners, placemats, and coasters made of Nishijin Obi and Kimono fabrics. Also we have unique items with which we matched authentic Nishijin Weaving with genuine leather. Business card cases, key cases, cellphone cases, and iphone cases are one of them.

You can enjoy the Japanese style and Kyoto taste with our products.

We would love to bring more of our products to the world and to share the beauty of our culture.
